I remember when this was for sale new, nearly finished, I think it was 1.3m then. similar construction method as our home. I suspect the realtor may have the elementary school wrong, it is in eanes district but I think outside 360 is a different elementary, maybe bridgepoint?
I’m pretty sure this was designed by Sago International and built maybe 4 years ago.
