About urban nature
urban nature was founded on the belief that modern design should be available to all, not just those who build custom houses.
To us, the design of a home is just important as the construction of it. In contrast to the current home-building trends, we commission noteworthy architects to design each home to each specific lot, taking into account existing trees, views and other considerations.
Our briefs to our architects are exhaustive. Each house must have a mood, a spirit that guides it. Yet all have one common principle: the home must be profoundly rooted in nature. Our homes feature whole walls of glass opening out to trees, private courtyards and serene water features.
We are as rigorous in the construction phase as design phase. Contractors and sub-contractors are selected for commitment to quality and their attention to detail.
