There are a few details to like in this house but overall the design falls flat. Bedrooms are small and cramped feeling. Master bath has an enormous blue jacuzzi tub that could accommodate 4-6 "friends". Curiously there's a pool with almost no connection to the house in terms of windows or doors. Kitchen is tiny and whole house is very dated (think early 1980s).

My bet is the eventual buyer will demolish it and start over. It's hard to see how the house could be remodeled with the current awkward floor plan.
