I think it’ll be close. 1M seems a bit too dear for that house. It’s great and in a great strategic location. But it isn’t placed on the lot very flatteringly and there’s such a mix of biz & residential in that area + noise that makes one wonder if it could be worth the price. It is lovely, though, and great for urban social butterflies. I mean, I could walk back to my house from downtown, but it would take 2-3 hours.

I bet you get fewer comments on this website design than you did on the last one. Something about the design is not comment friendly.
