I started this blog 4 years ago this month. This house was one of the first homes I put up. We’ll see who can hold out longer, this house on the market or me keeping up the site….

I bet you get fewer comments on this website design than you did on the last one. Something about the design is not comment friendly.

I think it’ll be close. 1M seems a bit too dear for that house. It’s great and in a great strategic location. But it isn’t placed on the lot very flatteringly and there’s such a mix of biz & residential in that area + noise that makes one wonder if it could be worth the price. It is lovely, though, and great for urban social butterflies. I mean, I could walk back to my house from downtown, but it would take 2-3 hours.
I hope the blog lasts longer than the listing, Ben. Are you trolling for signs of life out here?
