I am not familiar with Tom Shefelman but now curious. There is a another mid-century modern home on Almarion which is possibly one of my favorites in that area that bares some similarities so now I am curious to learn more

Side note: The pictures in this post are mine from about 4 years ago. They are not great by any stretch but may add to a the limited set in the MLS listing.

This one gets by because I like the ceiling in the great room. That overcomes, just barely, the vessel sink penalty.
Something a bit different today. I love how these artist use light and video protections onto buildings to create completely new architectural spaces and textures.

I love building blogs. It is always interesting to see the process that goes into building a structure. This house will be $300k when it hits the market.
