Oh, what could have been so lovely . . . damn flippers!!!!!!! Went and looked at this house in Eubank Acres today and was heart-broken to see a house with such nice bones “re-muddled” so poorly – what a crying shame! The cost to re-do what has been re-done will effectively move it well above the price-point of the area. However, for anyone on a budget wanting a project and not worried about re-sale; here’s your chance!!! Could be a REALLY neat house in the right hands!!!

I don’t normally listed condos, but then again, most condos where not designed by Harwell Hamilton Harris. I would be surprised if this place last all that long on the market. I’d stop by this weekend for the open house but I’ll be out in Bandera running Cactus Rose.
