I have looked at that property: It is very nice with a lot of good quality details.
I think that is just missing the half bath and a little more privacy for the master bath. Plus, it is a townhouse and it can be a little pricy comparing with new single homes in the area.
Location is incredible if you like Lakeway, but it is far (+/- 30 min) from downtown.

I love that house, lot of good finishes and relaxing location.
As the previous comment mention (Roxxane) is missing the half bath and is a little far from downtown (it takes me + 30 min from Arboretum), but I think that making a half bath is an easy fix and even though is far from downtown Lakeway looks like a great community to live in (it has its own beach on the lake and parks 2 min away from the house).
Also, the house looks over a creek which makes opening the back windows something unique and relaxing. No neighbors behind also makes a good deal (it backs to a greenbelt full of deer).
I have to agree that it is a little pricy for not being a single house (+ some extra $ in HOA).
I have been thinking about buying it, so I would like to know if somebody else has dropped by and would like to share any thoughts.
