North Austin - Walnut Creek, Braker

While investigating a lot up in North Austin, I came across a small clutch of mid-century homes which certainly share some modernist principles.

This area is just north of Braker, east of Lamar and west of I35 — Walnut Creek area.

Btw, I decided against the lot for the time being but it is a very interesting one if you are looking to build.

I view it as a under-valued gems in the making though there are real question about whether the area will support prices like South Austin fetches (think Stenger) anytime in soon. [...]
