Hahaha, very creative description! Man, that place has been sitting there since 2002, it’s probably a complete teardown by this point, ruins, I mean, being exposed to the elements for 8 years…
I met the guy who was the owner/builder when I lived in S Austin a number of years ago. He was (is?) the owner of Jovita’s, across the creek. He walked tme through the house and showed me the plans but I didn’t recognize the architect (nice design and a full set of professional plans though). He told me he was building the project using cash, no bank financing. I think the guy had been a house painter before buying/opening Jovita’s.
Previous comment was right about the amount of time some of the materials have been exposed…I don’t think OSB is rated for multiyear exposure during construction!

This house deserves to be finished, but given the strong price – I suspect it may stay empty for a bit longer.
