		<description>Just wanted to thank the &quot;powers that be&quot; for putting up my 60&#039;s rancher.  I know it&#039;s not quite up to to the gems you typically see here,  but it has it&#039;s charms. I hope you purists go easy on it! 
 I would love to pimp out the floors, demo the granite and all the other atrocites comitted by the previous owners. However, the unbelievable lot, adjacent greenbelt, and being 3 houses away from beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls have made living with the horrors of granite quite bareable. Also, there&#039;s nothing that a well functioning tiki bar can&#039;t cure!</description>
