Hyde Park – $449k

I used to live next door to this home.  It was (perhaps still is) my favorite home in Hyde Park.  Not because it is a classic modern place or a perfect example of a given style, but I just found it so simple and at ease.  I was also friends with the dog that would hang out on the porch as well so that may have influenced me.

    The house and its story are wonderful. Do you remember what the parking situation is? The listing gives no information. I lived in that area when I was a kid and remember that there were alleys behind the homes; are they still there?
