For Sale – Brownwood Dr – $359

I must admit I threw up slightly when I read the description: “Mid-Century Tuscany Trendsetter home”.  Nothing is more horrifying than the faux-Tuscany trend of the last 10 years in Austin (and I am sure elsewhere).   However, this house has great bones as they say.  It isn’t lost forever.
