I know it’s a half acre in Travis Heights but a million bucks!?!?!?!

realtors tend to play fast and loose with the term ‘masterpiece’ don’t they?…

Perhaps, Chuck. On this one, I’ll have to check it out in person to see (which I hopefully will be doing in the next few days). After talking with a few people, I think it could be a case of a not easy to photograph building.
Cottam Hargrave does excellent work this place may be more unique than their average homes given who it was built for and that it was a renovation (they typically do new build).
I’ll let you know more after I have a change to view it person.
Also given the price of a number of other homes in Travis Heights of less quality and smaller lots, $1MM doesn’t seem so far out of line. The second lot here is worth over $300k, perhaps more, alone.

25000 sq ft lot? Wow. Depending on whats next to it - that lot is probably well north of 300k.
Compared to some of the other >1M dollar homes Ive seen in TH, this one is pretty cute.
