no meh, rather baaarff. I feel sorry for the sucker that drops 650k on this ill-conceived palace.

The 650k includes 2.5 acres in Westlake. It’s not so crazy if you build on another part of this and use the existing structure as a guest house/casita.

I know the son of the guy who designed/built this place. It’s pretty wacky. His name was Dalton Bloom. I’m not really in touch with his son anymore, but I’d love to learn more about the history of this place, so I might try to get in touch with him.
