This was posted some time ago when it was FSBO. Milton Ryan was a wonderful architect working mostly in the Terrill Hills area of San Antonio. Real gems of the period. This home is largely in original condition and hasn’t suffered ill conceived updates. Ideal for someone looking preserve and own a period piece.

In person, the place is incredibly dilapidated, it’s in dire need of a SERIOUS conservation job - and 525K for an MCM under 1500 square feet in utter shambles in San Antonio (Terrell Hills or not) is just plain crazy.
FYI, this house has been on the market for well over three years now.

“Entertain” is the absolute right word.
I’ve dealt with this seller (when he was STILL selling it three years ago for over 600K!), and he’s absolutely impossible to deal with.
Make an offer and see what I mean…there’s a reason this house had been on the market for over three years now.
