We love this house, but just can’t afford it! Someone please buy it before someone screws it up!!!!!! Everyone here in Georgetown will try to “Tuscanize” it!

We looked at this house a few days ago with our real estate agent. It’s beyond amazing! We loved the house, but the property and neighborhood are not what we’re looking for. Too bad, otherwise we would have made an offer right away. We’ve been waiting since the house was listed to get a look at it! (we’re also relocating from CA)

My husband and I live in Georgetown and are planning to build or move to a larger home. When we told our real estate agent we wanted modern he immediately took us here and we fell in love! Unfortunately, it is out of our price range (especially since I would want to do a few more upgrades, mainly in the kitchen). I will envy forever the person who is fortuante enough to get this incredible house. What a treasure!

Been in this one last November…fabulous, but too much of a house for the hood. The area boasts mostly $150,000 to $200,000 homes and they are fine, but this one lives out of its league! If I could work it, I would be Queen of the County in this number!!

If only I lived in GT - the price was just lowered to $339K! Looks like a cool place!
