Perhaps it is just me, but I can see the windows and the virtical wood areas punched out and replaced with glass and polygal and the makings of a nice mcm home. Problem with this one is that someone already did a bunch of work inside and covered up the beams and certainly broke any mid-century modern feel with their ‘update’. Reeks of someone who is trying to flip the house.
Maybe not this one, but this type of house presents good opportunity for a mid-century modern feel home at a much lower entry point than you’ll find otherwise.

not to mention that the house is actually a little over 1300 sqft, not the purported 1500+ sqft. the seller converted the garage back to a garage and did not disclose the proper dimensions.
