Tim Cuppett Architects just won a 2008 Texas Society of Architects Design Award for the project. It’s only twenty-one feet wide & One hundred fifty feet long, all three floors were damaged by fire in the converted historic building, prior to the renovation. It’s an amazing space.

uber chic, sure, but 6.5 mil? everytime I hear a price over 2 mil I think about a property I found for sale in california, 40 acres, divided by a river, with twelve natural hot springs (avg 114 degrees!), one hour east of sacramento. with the remaining 4.5 mil I would build a fabulous mcm and invite you all to a party
