FS - $325k - AD Stenger
It isn’t often AD Stenger homes are available. This one is just around the corner from the larger grouping within Barton Hills and comes a few years later.
Judging from the pictures, there have been some updates but overall tastefully done. Good size lot it appears as well. More info pending.
update: Well, that did last long. Within days of listing, offer has been accepted plus back-ups four deep. Word is that the home went to a Stenger devotee which is great news.
