Clifford Street and the MLK TOD have really matured in recent years. This one sits on a large lot [for the east side] and backs up to Metro stop.
This is likely a Fehr & Granger home for sale, but the listing doesn’t have many details about the home’s history. It’s been in the same family since 1952. Highgrove Terrace (off of Winsted) in the Deep Eddy neighborhood is a cul-de-sac with some cool MCM homes.
Property info (thanks Eric!)
Designed by Burton Baldridge. Baldridge also designed the Kimber Modern, and was featured in last year’s AIA tour (1518 Mohle Drive).
Swoon. Very cool blend of rustic and modern, with two structures on the lot. Design by Mell Lawrence.
Contemporary design in Leander by Paul Lamb. Love the rolling hills in the background.

Here is a stunning design by Dick Clark Architecture, but the listing indicates this home needs work and is being sold “as-is”. Looks like a great start though. Anyone know the story?
This one missed our radar. Historic property north of UT. Two dwellings. The second hides what looks to be a very cool modern studio. Giant central Austin lot explains the price. The primary dwelling needs rehabbed, but finding the studio was a nice juxtaposed surprise.
One of a kind design in Agave by Travis Young of Studio Momentum. 2495/sf on cul de sac lot of nearly 1 acre with custom storage shed by Craftsman Shed and pool, hardscape and landscaping work by Rain Lily Designs (and Becca Cely now of Somos Laandscapes).
