A few of you have emailed about the agave development going on out east of the city. Sadly, I’ve not gone out there first hand so I can’t really comment first hand.
It does look very promising. Especially after recent drawings were put up (the first set didn’t really grab me). There is some discussion over at the Austin livemodern.com for those looking for some more info. (warning: the livemodern site has been flaky lately).

There site is all flash so it I can’t easily copy and paste their preferred description. Basically, they do site built modern style multi-dwelling developments. Usually duplex in nature. Several designs from Studio Momentum.
