This is a KILLER deal based on price per sq ft – I feel very bad for the original owners and having to go into foreclosure. No idea what the condition of the house is inside, but it’s a pretty cool Kevin Stewart design and the original owners were good folks with a nice eye for design. Laurie at Dig it Gardens did the landscaping which is cool too. Location is good and bad on a side street so it’s off the beaten path, but does back to the railroad tracks so train noise can be a bit much. Worth a look if you’re in the market.
Those *were* interesting floorplans, but the RR tracks were a big turnoff. I agree that it’s unfortunate the property went into foreclosure. Not good for the owners nor the neighborhood. Price is low relative to past sales activity. Not sure how market has held up out in Agave-land. Wonder if it wasn’t finished out or if bank thinks that’s just what it will take to move this one off the books.
