Right next to train tracks. Wedge-shaped lot vanishes to a point at Clarkson/Red River. I completely agree about the bathroom tile - the one with alternating colors/textures in a brick pattern. How about those awful bathroom faucets? Also profoundly dislike the color/stripe accents in the concrete floor, but maybe that's just me.
