spiraling sideways.
Toured it last week. This one is probably a tear down despite a few nice features.
Why probably a tear-down?
As a matter of economics, the house is too expensive to support a renovation as is. Anyone with the means to afford both the house and renovation costs will want a better floor plan, more space, and modern amenities.
a teardown? shirley temple you can’t be serious.
This looks like a Fehr and Granger to me. Any one have any info on the archtect(s)?
