I remember this 2009 debacle, house was sitting there empty for ages, for sale (I even snuck around the grounds while house-hunting in that area)...but no for sale sign in the yard, etc. I was screaming bloody murder when it hit the MLS and was flooded with offers. Nice remodel, I recall it being low 400's in '09, but looks like at least 50-100K was put into it. Oh, handslap on forehead!
