The “hood” does appear to be up and coming. But right now i believe some parts are a little too run down to justify this price point. 900k seems quite high for that area as well. And I frequently bicycle in the area often.
They are asking $412k for it per Redfin.
Love the house, hate the ‘hood.
Neighborhood seems up and coming just noticed a 900k spec home being built just blocks away..
