Deed restrictions apparently forced the builder to de-duplex this property into a single, enormous, home. Not many central Austin homes can boast eight bedrooms and 6000 ft.

Neighbors pitched a fit – they were forced to resell it. A couple years back it was forsale 850-1M and had quite a bit of trouble selling.
