This is a great example of how vision can really make a place. In other hands, this house could have been just another nondescript home. There is a lot of character in this place and I am sure that will turn some off (which is totally fair), but I just love it. I am particularly fond of the sunken shower in the bathroom along with the rock planter, so much so that I’ll overlook the dreaded vassal sinks.
Update: so the linked from the MLS Listing didn’t show the realtor. I see now that is the Marye Company, so here is their listing. Turns out the owners are the owners of Prototype Vintage Design. Definitely explains a lot about the interior and the awesome collection of furniture.
