These are homes either in rendering or not completed yet that may have modern charatistics.  Some of them are borderline, it is hard to know sometimes how they will really turn out in the end.  There is a rant to be had about houses that think they are modern but display few elements of good design.  Modern always meant good design principles to me, not a style per se.
