Realtor uses the dreaded “contemporary” word and pictures don’t show much of the outside.

As the MLS services of Austin are still doing their collective best to make it hard for one to search for listings (austinhomesearch give us our area zones back, mlsfinder learn the difference between condos and single family and stop spamming me), I’ll point you to HoustonMod.org, a very cool endeavor dedicated to preserving modern design in the greater Houston area. They also have a collection of listings of for sale homes. I am jealous of the availability of sub-$250k homes.
