For Sale - Rollingwood

Address is 404 Brady and that is right in the heart of the Stenger developments. Can someone go check it out and let me know if you think it is a Stenger or no? If I find I it is a Stenger home and the realtor is so brazen suggesting to raze the place then I suggest no one ever do business with Amelia Bullock realtors.
