Total renovation of a classic Delwood ciderblock home.
The main house features two bedrooms, one bath and measures 1,401 square feet per owner. Birch accent walls, vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, and polished concrete floors create cool living spaces throughout the home. Natural light pours into every room.
Listing by the Marye Company.
The house now has a very strong Eichler feel too it. I think is a great example of what can be done with an older spec home.

Another late-period MCM influenced house where the updates could have been better considered. However, given the more modest price, may be easiler to invest in an make-over. Nice sized lot next to a greenbelt with a large pool.

Lots of late mid-century elements though the updates through the years have not been kind.
I’d like to the Realtor list but their web design seems to expressly discourage it. Here is the MLS instead.

May or may not be a interesting home in East Austin. Simply not enough picture angles to tell and the realtor’s site is terrible.

Looks to be next door to this place that was listed for $777k and then dropped to $695k (and now is pending deletion in the MLS). I thought it may be the same place but it appears the interiors are quite different.

Mid-century modern home in South Austin. Solid bones. The ” recent update” doesn’t look completely faithful.

Thanks to Sarah for this one.
