Our friends over at Mies and Carrots recently went in for a spec development in South Austin.

More of the homes are coming on to the market. Prices in between $371k-382k and the sizes are in the 1700-1800 square foot range

For Sale - $395k - AD Stenger, Barton Hills
Update: Inital buyer had to back out so this house is back on the market.

Original Stenger from his early period. This is likely a unique design though it does clearly share elements of homes on Rundel and Blue Bonnet.
