For the pictures, could be a interesting remodel opportunity of this 1957 home.

1975 Modern home. Architect was J. Pat Weaver.
Some stunning views and I quite like that kitchen there.

Another nice Milton Ryan in San Antonio on the outskirts of Terrell Hills.
At $219k, it looks like a nice deal, though there is a bit of work to do on it.

Thanks, Eric, for the link.

Craigslist post. (will expire in about 45 days.)
Update: A reader has done the work I should have and asked :) Price appears to be $429,900. Thanks, West.

More Mid-century modernism from San Antonio.

Another Milton Ryan home in Terrell Hills area.
4 bed / 3 bath within 3281 square feet.
Given the area trends, there is serious concern about the house being lost in flavor of redevelopment (McMansions). Similar to what has happened in the Westlake, Rollingwood, and Tarrytown areas with Fehr and Granger homes.
Overall, a gem of a mid-century home in what looks to be a great area. I hope an appreciative buyer finds it.

Very nice mid-century modern home in Bryan, Tx (about 2 hours outside of Austin or Houston — near College Station).
3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. 2000 square feet on nearly 1 acre lot.
Built in 1957 with modern updates.
To quote the listing:
This Mid-Century Modern home was built in 1957 by a Professor of Architecture from Texas A&M University. It was purchased from his son in 2004. Most of the original architecture and design remain intact; including the fabulous exposed redwood cathedral ceiling in the living room.
