Highland Hills home designed by Hentner & Lee built by developer Maurice Doke (former UT football star in the early 60s). Nice hillside location sitting on a row of similar mid-century modern homes.

This place is just the corner from where we lived in Austin. I always like it, but not $249k like. 880 square feet. The other side is going on the market next month.

Very nice mid-century modern home in Highland Hills. Not super excited about some of the current interior choices, but overall, this looks quite lovely. Seems reasonably priced for the home and area.
The architect may have been Hentner & Lee.
update: The listing agent provided this info:
“The architects where Claude Pendley & Fred Day, according to copies of the actual architectural drawings.”
Hentner & Lee were the architects for the homes just around the corner on Highland Drive.

Later period AD Stenger on Brady Lane in Rollingwood. Looks like it needs a bit work. The one listed earlier this week has already been sold.

update: House sold already and the realtor site isn’t resolving so I removed the pictures.
Classic Stenger home on Brady Lane in Rollingwood. Looks pretty reasonably cared for, though not a 100% kept in the period architecture through the years.
