They use the dreaded “soft contemporary” description. That usually disqualifies them in my book, but I am feeling generous tonight which generally isn’t the case with homes of this price range (I’d say it is the wine, but it isn’t good enough to drink enough to matter).
Somebody will some good design sense could save this. Right now, it has this feel that it could easily fall of the deep end of 80s era contemporary. Luckily, I don’t see a wall of glass brick anywhere.

Not too often you see a mid-century multiple unit property up for sale, so here it is. It has been listed for a while but I kept forgetting to post it. The renovation doesn’t quite fit the style, but they could be worked back to shape (whether it is cost effective to do so is another question).
Built 1959. 5 Units.

There has been quite a bit of talk about the proposed building restriction ordinances, both temporary and ‘permanent’ (little is truly permanent when it comes to gerrymandering law and policy).
Agree or no, make yourselve heard. I’d hate for something this important get pushed through due only to the wishes of a very small group, as is the case too often when it comes to policy of this kind.
